Accident causes alternate route to Sullivan County

Due to an MVA on Route 220 in Monroeton, we are detouring Route 15 to Sullivan County, following an altered schedule. It is the same schedule we followed during the flood of 2018, when Monroeton was closed down. The detour will be in place until the road is open.
